Do you know if that applies to leasing as well? Where did you hear this?

Doesn't sound like a great deal for our US cousins, but the normal rates here are over 7%...

Sorry guys, the only detail I have is 4 years @ 4.9%, 5 years @ 5.9%. Definitely better than 7.19% all across.
