I would say they are good for the money but grip really starts to suffer a bit with cold temps. I think for the money they are a good tire but I am partial to Michelin.

They're summer performance tires, of course the grip will suffer when it's cold outside.....

I'm sorry I didn't elaborate, I meant to say I began to lose grip at 50 degrees, the hankook is a very soft compound, I have had solid grip from the pilot sport plus even in the 30s on dry pavement.
