bmw e90 325i lowering spring

hi everyone im new here and i got bmw e90 325i and im trying to lower it jsut lil bit i got 20 inch black rims on it so which one should be best lowering spring will be ? i dont wann eff my ride tho please suggest me something good thank you all

buy my sport suspension! i also have a 325i so it would be good since you dont have to change the shocks too

does it make any diffrent to ride? like is it gna same smooth ride ?
