The garage looks sick! Hopefully one day I can have something like that. That's my plan for the next 5 years

That is a GREAT looking garage you got there, I also dream about getting a good garage, that and the cars in it are probably some of my main life goals. That garage is pretty much near perfect though mine would probably have a lift to make some jobs easier

If my garage was a showroom for a collection of exotics, it would be different, but it isn't.
Cool. I think I will order the race deck. Did you negotiate a discount or pay the quote that they gave you?

For old times sake :

V- I have been been staying on friendly confines with the 1addicts but do make my rounds once and a while. if you ever thought the B7RS4 vs. B8S4 wars were ugly, don't get caught in the cross-fires of M3 vs. 1M. I personally find it amusing being on the other side this time..

I was not sure what your handle was (nor canuck's and noog's) but I was quick to recognize your high dose of OCD in those pics. I look forward to seeing your M this coming spring...

BTW, I now know how you decide on picking your car colors..

oh.. and its the RS that looks better

I went for a more utilitarian look. Mine is a working garage, not a "man cave". I did a suspension swap on a friend's Z3 just yesterday.

I wish I could have done the lift 20 years ago. When I think about how many brake jobs, oil changes, etc. I've done on my knees or on my back over the last 20 years of track time........

That garage is sick! Extremely Clean! West Springfield, MA. I live 45 minutes west of you in CT. I ordered a car very similar to yours and expect delivery within four weeks. There are some good Cars and Coffee events in CT about 35-40 minutes south of you. If you ever want to go the events next summer let me know.

Would love to go. Where are they usually? I try to make it to Mark's Cruise Night on Monday evenings in the summer. Have you heard of it? Huge cruise gathering, sometimes over 800 cars !!! Near Bradley Airport.

The price per tile actually decreases with increasing square footage...I don't know if this is on their website. When I went to place the order for our vacation home, they saw I was a repeat customer and gave me a very nice discount.

You know I really did think about the 1M. M3 is a classic, however. Just had to get one. I guess my preference in colors is pretty obvious !!

Yes, a spring meet must definitely happen !!!!

The M3 is truly an amazing vehicle. I was astonished at how the girl was whipping it around the course at PCD. 95% of the time she was at wot tossing the sedan (4 passengers) around like a go-kart.
That hot lap was a lot of fun, I can't fathom pushing the RS to those limits!
I look forward to going back this coming spring for M-School.

The 1M vs M3 nonsense is entertaining if nothing else. Those who have driven and/or are familiar with both cars will respect their strengths and weaknesses. In the end progress is beautiful...

I love the the thrill of driving the RS but makes me smile nowhere near as this lil M

Anyway, I see the new garage is not complete.. what's next?

This thread inspired me to go clean one of my garages. I love the OPs setup, I have the same tiles and cabinets too.

Below is my working garage and my dream garage when I win the big 50 Million Lottery I just know where to pick up them two fine automobiles, however, there will always be a ///M3 in that garage as well
As I said, there is still a line between a real working garage (short of a lift, I have most of the equipment and tools to work on my cars myself) and a gallery for a collection of exotics/classics. Pretty sweet though !!!!

When I was younger I worked on my cars myself (I still do on our e28). Now with the new technology and computer integrated engine and components I leave it to BMW and Mercedes to look after my cars it is now way over my head. Besides both my toy and our DD are under warranty.

I am inspired by your garage to uncluttered my garage there is a dealership in Toronto, ON Canada (2 hour drive from my house) I will visit to get some ideas to do this I will check it out next time I am in the big city

Here is the Canadian Garage Place in Toronto .... ===> CLICK for Ideas on Storage and Floor Finishing

Here is my primary garage: cabinets are Gladiator Garage Works. Flooring is Race Deck Tile.

Here is the full current stable. Wife drives the A4 S-line (manual BTW). Cayenne is my DD.

Here is our garage at our vacation home. Still a work in progress.

So who else out there is into their garage !!!!
Wow. Wow. How much did it cost to do the tile?

Go to Racedeck.com. All pricing info is there. There are also a variety of styles depending on your needs and budget. The more you buy, the less per tile. The tiles basically just snap lock together and lay out onto the floor so there is no installation cost.
