CH-R looks like a winner. I was just contemplating over the regular CH since I'm not crazy enough to order the NEEZ yet.

Update: Back to saving for the neez. They are aparently only releasing the 20" versions of the wheels (hopefully they'll introduce 19s later).

Have you had problems with BBS cast wheels or what?

The wheels look great and they made them a little lighter than a CH in 20" would normally be. I think it's a very good tradeoff between weight and cost.

Unfortuntely, there is no plan on the 19"s. This is actually BBS's answer to the new 20" version of CH. When you ask them about the 19" version, they will tell you " we have the CH...".

BTW, I don't think the weight are too bad, considering they are 20" cast wheels.

Front: 20 - 9.0 +24 - 27.2lbs
Rear: 20 - 10.5 +24 - 29.4lbs

Weight of CH
Front: 19 - 8.5 +20 - 26.1lbs
Rear: 19 - 10.0 +20 - 27.9lbs

Maybe someone should forward this thread to BBS. A 19 inch version of this wheel has the potential to be the 'it' wheel for the E9X, just like the CSL wheel was for the E46. IMO, of course. I just hate to see them stop short of greatness when it's right there.

Not at all. I just feel that the factory 18's and 19's are just as good if not better. If I was going to take the time and effort to go with new wheels, I think its worth the extra money to make a legitimate improvement over the factory setup with a lighter, stronger, forged wheel.
