Suggestions on a car cover

Looking to see what success people have had out there with car covers for the M3's. Looking to keep mine clean when its left outside at times with out it getting scratched up big time.

Got mine from autozone, you dont really need something that fits the car perfectly, but you can find some on ebay and probably on your BMW service center. If your car is garaged and not driven that frequently then you can get an indoor cover from BMW to keep light dust and bugs away

Very funny but not very helpful.

I have a Bavarian Autosport Ultimate car cover. It is a tight fit but very light and packs up small. Most are very heavy like shipping blankets and will scratch your finish unless it is totally dirt free.

Any cover made from 3M's Evolution III or IV / Technolon fabric. Slightly heavier than NOAH with much better ding resistance. Cal Car Cover's "Stormweave", Wolf's "Evolution", AutoSport's "Evolution 4", etc.

NOAH is also good, but Evolution provides better ding protection.

Car covers will always cause some type of scratching every time they are put on and removed, especially if the car isn't prestinely clean to begin with. Doing a PROPER car wash (2 bucket method) every week as maintenance will keep your car cleaner and minimize unslightly scratches/swirls better than any car cover will.

Unless your car is a garage queen that stays put for months at a time, I wouldn't use a car cover. Just my two cents.
