ZCP Reps advise needed

Hi All

Im look at some zcp reps for 2012 m3

The specs are below

Front - 8.5 x 19 et35
Rears - 9.5 x 19 et45

The shop has said I will need 20mm spacers does this found correct ? and they have said I can use the standard 19inch tyres that come with my m3 does this sound correct will they fit ok without rubbing, i don't plan to ever lower the car.

link to the wheels - http://www.********.com/index.php?ro...&product_id=83

Im pretty sure that's wrong. I thought the proper offset for front is ET15 and the the rear is ET 22. You might want to check out VMR wheels or Alufelgen CS7 Wheels. Those two appear to be the brands most people get rep wise.

PS: 20MM is a HUGE spacer! Im rocking a 15mm and 12MM with stock ZCP wheels.

Why would you buy a wheel that REQUIRES a spacer to work??

They are the only reps I have found so far in the Uk, would rather not have spacers

Might be cheaper to just find a set of take offs instead if that's all you have available.

I would hold out OP. Those are not the correct wheels for your car. If you are going to buy REPs, at least get good ones that work out of the box without having to use a spacers.

For 2600USD you could get real ZCP wheels.

Well, in that case at LEAST get proper knock off wheels. The two brands I mentioned are better than the ones you linked us.

Stock ZCP:
19x9 +31
19x10 +25

Avant Garde's reps are the same, but are +18 in front (perfect, IMO). Not too sure about VMR. But you want to be above 15 and below 30 in the front and back, shooting for around +20f +25r with those widths.. something like 9 or 9.5 in front and 10 to 10.5 in general. But if you want to be identical.. see the above specs.

Also @THE TECH; some of us live in garbage road conditions. Not always worth it to buy OEM. Definitely not new at least. Used, maybe. Track's another story.. but I'm talking street.
