Paying 150 for lenses that i know cost 5-15 is just nuts.

An eye doctor is an Opthamologist. A good idea to go to one every two years or so, btw.

What you want is an Optometrist. For cheap, go to WalMart. Otherwise go to a franchise like Glasses R Us or something. If it's the frames you're concerned about, buy them online. If you don't want coating (meaning you'll get all sorts of flare at night), then they will be way cheaper, too.

It's your eyes. So, don't cut yourself short.

wallmart or sears will sell you cheap plastic lenses. your eyes are what you see the world with, so why be so cheap? i don't understand how you can afford an M3 but go cheap with lenses.

dude, im a wierd mo fo, lenses 150, i think is crazy, because my uncle use to be a otpo guy and gave the lenses for cost $20. but he works for the goverment now talk about a 180 turn in work. thats why m3 60k plus good, lens 150 crazy

you don't have to have an m3 to appreciate life. if you can't see clearly, life would suck period. but i guess everyone is different when it comes to what is important in life. by the way, you can get two pairs of glasses at sears for $99. it's not $20 deal you get from your uncle, but it's still a heck of a deal.
