Fabspeed Sport Primary Cats + OEM X-Pipe + MPE

I tried to research, but could not find posts about the Fabspeed Sport Catalytic Converters. If I were to replace the primary cats with their Sport catalytic converters, run a OEM x-pipe and MPE rear section, will I:
1. Pass NY inspection without additional software?
2. Hear any drone?

Hello,
Phillip from Fabspeed here. That is a great question.
1. you will pass a sniffer test and should not receive a CEL
2. Drone is very subjective, Keeping the OEM X-pipe you should not hear any drone.
