Been Looking for one now over a year still cant find the right one, let me if anyone of you guys are selling one or know someone, less than 35k miles on the car

This car is mint and is certified by BMW with their warranty. Only 12,000 miles with many extras.

Why is it so difficult? I am considering the same criteria and there are 8-9 with less that 40k on autotradr right now. My only problem is that I want it as my 2nd car/weekend warrior and it has to be absolutely perfect for my tastes (silver grey or carbon black competition pkg, black interior, nav, headed seats). I am hoping for cpo because I will hardly ever put miles on it. Anyway, check it out and look on the other boards that are more e46 dedicated.

I can't believe I'm even putting this out there but I have an '06 with competition package, silver ext./black leather int., moon roof, HK sound, xenons, heated seats, 6 spd. manual, no accidents, just turned 40K miles. Insp. I was done at 29K. No issues; garaged and very well maintained. Four new tires, alignment, oil change approx. 2K miles ago. Looking to buy a home otherwise I would never consider selling. Also, I miss driving around with my dog (she has never been in the M). Located in South Shore of MA. PM if interested.
