Noticed a scratch on the edge of the CF spoiler

Just like the title states, there is a scratch on the edge of the spoiler. Tried compound, but nothing improved. Looks like the finish is worn off. I'm purely speculating, but I think whoever installed the part must of dropped the part and the spoiler landed on the edge.

This car has under 300 miles on it and it has not once been parked anywhere without someone occupied in either the driver's side or passenger side. This couldn't have occurred by me or the public and all facts lead to the dealership/factory.

What should I do?Tomorrow will be a week since I picked up the car from the dealership. Should I contact the CA? Can't believe I didn't notice this during inspections...must of been too excited

I'll try to post pics later on the laptop since my phone won't let me upload pics

Tell your service advisor. I found some scatches on the roof of a new 335i two weeks after I bought it. They took them out for free, no problemo

Spoke to my CA and he's going to take care of it. Either buff it out (probably won't work) or replace the spoiler. Conversation took literally 30 seconds and I was on my way.
