extended maintenance or warranty on a pre-owned m3?

Hey guys! I saw a pre-owned 09 e90 m3 sitting on a bmw dealer's lot here in socal. My question is...can I purchase the optional extended maintenace or extended warranty (2 yrs/50,000 miles) on that car? I do appreciate all of your input

You should ask the BMW dealer but I believe you can. Usually, a car that new still has the original warranty. Do you know if it is used meaning a customer bought it? Because if it has not been titled and is just over X amount of mileage, you would be considered the original owner I believe (I could be very wrong!).

What color is the E90? I wonder why it was used for such a short time.
