2012 M3 Price Check and Advice

2012 e92 M3 Space Gray/ Non extended Fox Red leather with 33k miles. No accidents, clean title, but car was keyed and rear bumper, trunk lid, and rear passenger quarter panel were repainted by a top local body shop.

June 2012 In Service Date
Carbon Leather Trim
Carbon Fiber Roof
ZCP Comp Package
DCT Trans
Enhanced Premium Sound
Heated seats
Navigation
Rear Sunshade

Car is coming off a lease in the coming weeks. Residual is $44k...

The other part is that the car has around 20k in mods, for which the current leaseholder wants 10k:

ESS VT-650 supercharger
Upgraded WPC Rod Bearings
Challenge Race X Pipe
IPE Valvetronic Exhaust
KW Clubsports
Awron Gauge
Mode carbon front lip and rear diffuser
OEM Carbon Fiber Rear Spoiler
BMW Performance Alcantara Wheel
Extended billet DCT paddles

What do you guys think?

If you can take it for 50k with mods, it would be a good deal. Don't forget mods don't add alot of value to a car.

Seller is dead set on 10k for the mods...

I think 50k would be a very good deal.

Also, the labor for the rod bearings is worth something IMO.

I think the 44k for the car itself is a bit much given the body work, so hopefully there would be some negotiation with the dealer on that front.

I'd probably do it -- but primarily because I would be doing that to the car regardless so it would save me quite a bit of cash. Obviously negotiate. Respray from keying doesn't really deter me. Bodywork from an accident would.
