Question Looking for new Service Shop for my M3

So my 08 e90 M3 has recently gone out of warranty and I am in need of finding a great Service/Repair shop to work on my car. I just had the worst oil change experience at a BMW Dealership Service Center the other day and it also cost $450 for an Oil/Air Filter change (ouch) there. (You would think for a $450 oil change it would be done right the first time...it wasn't)

Anyone have recommendations for an independent service shop for the newer M's. Bonus points if the place is in the Valley as I live in Sherman Oaks.

Thanks
T.

Platte Forme a.g. specializes in M cars, they're in the LA area and is definitely worth the drive.

Ive taken my e36,46, and e92 M3 to BMW Mercedes on Woodman in Sherman Oaks, after the warranty has expired, for the last 10 years. There prices are amazing compared to the stealership. Had a leaky valve in my e46 which was quoted at 2200 at Bob Smith stealership, took it to them and had it done for 600 bucks. Just had rear pads and sensors changed for 283 bucks with OEM parts. Ask for Jim. Hes got an e36 M3 track car which sits in the parking lot.
