How much are you paying on your M3 lease?

Hey guys, i'm in the market to lease an M3 and was wondering if you guys could post how much you pay, with what interest and downpayment and how close to invoice you got. I'm trying to make a deal, but want to make sure what i'm getting myself into is reasonable compared to what others got.

My old E90 lease was just $998pcm taxes in at 2.9% interest

Did you you by any chance get it in 2008 sometime between september and december? They had really good rates for the sedan back then before the new body came out.
