I haven't read the whole thread, but from your first post I can say that your sister sounds like a spoiled b*tch who doesn't have respect for anything, including you and your car. Unfortunately, it also sounds like your parents or father bought you your car so there really isn't much you can do about it if he wants to play favorites, but then again if he bought you a new BMW then it seems like he isn't playing too much favortism. Your situation blows, but you need to suck it up, get a job, get through school, earn your own cash, and stand on your own two feet so you can tell your sister where to go next time she wants to borrow your car that you paid for with your own hard earned cash. Until then your under the whim of your father, and even if it wasn't for your sister it still feels much better when you have nice things that you got on your own. Hopefully it will all work out for you though.
