As VF620-equipped M3s start rolling out the doors, we'd like to take the time to show a quick video documenting some of the details of a VF620 supercharger system installation.

This example is from a recently installed VF620 kit on a beautiful Interlagos Blue E90 M3 DCT at our facility in Anaheim, CA.

This should give a brief overview of the VF Engineering VF620 Supercharger system and included components during installation.

Great Video! Thanks for sharing Tom! ESS or VF? Hmmm.... Just read a great article on VF Engineering in this months European Car Mag. The strapped their SC system on a yellow LP 560....great write up. So hard to choose!

The VF kits have been running great, the 1/4mi and 60-130 times prove it.

It's been a long road, but we're certainly happy with ours.

A couple of the SC'd LP560s have been here dynoing from VF, completely insane.

Thanks for the feedback! Here's a few more pictures during installation:

Front Bumper removed

OEM Intake Manifold removed

VF Supercharger Manifold installed

Installation of rotomolded Inlet Tract

Drive Belt installation

Almost there - final assembly

Heat Exchanger installed behind OEM bumper

K&N Filter, located in stock inlet tract

Would I have to remove the front bumper to replace the air filter given that its located in the air duct? Air filter is going to get dirty more frequently in the air duct. I dont want to have to remove the front bumper to change the filter...if possible..

On your site, you mention free shipping or installation. Does that apply to the super charger?

Filter cleaning replacement does not require bumper removal, only access to the fender liner.

Free installation only applies to ESS Supercharger systems. Let me know if you have any questions on any of the kits and I'll be happy to help.

hi i´m new here and im installing(vf620) this kit to my m3 but i have a question about the repro is if only installing the program on my laptop i can make the repro???
