Down to 4?

I have been researching, listening to exhaust notes, and contemplating what exhaust to purchase? I have narrowed it down to these 4 I was just wondering if you have any thoughts or insights of what would be the best In your opinion. Understandably we all have different tastes but I thought other M3 owner’s opinions mean more! It would help in my overall decision. Thanks heer are the four:

Akrapovič evolution exhaust
Eisenmann Race exhaust
Kreis-seg Valvetronic F-1
Meisterschaft titanium GT2

All but Eisenmann was in my consideration.narrowed down to kreisseg and akra..I ended up with the akrapovic because the craftmanship
also the way it keeps to the stock sound was a plus, i didn't want something obnoxiously loud

I wouldn't doubt it. It's all fun and games in the beginning but I bet it's annoying now.

OP, if you're interested in both the Meisterschaft GT2 and the Kreis-seg Valvetronic, you may want to look into the Meisterschaft GTC which is the same concept as the Kreis-seg. It has valves that open and close at the touch of a cabin mounted switch that allows you to open and close the valves till you get the sound you desire. It can very from stock to louder than the GT2. I think it retails for $3500 or so.

There are no pictures of it yet, but the can design will be the same as the GTS (twin cans with connecting pipes welded on) and the tips will be 90mm slant cut.

Curious...

How in the world did Akrapovic get on your top 4 list?

It sticks out like a sore thumb.

The Akra sounds NOTHING like the other three exhaust nominees on your list.

The last three exhausts you listed are all very loud (borderline obnoxious), so it's fascinating to see that you also like the Akra as well.

Should be replacing the akra for gintani race to complete that list of monster sounding exhausts.

The Kreissieg doesn't HAVE to be obnoxious. That's the beauty of it.

Not anymore.

It was giving me serious headaches for the majority of the first month though.

My head and ears have gotten use to the loudness & drone.

I still feel that my set-up has gotten quieter over time, as well.

As of now, I couldn't imagine having anything more quieter on my M3.

I love the noise. It helps stir the deep emotions within me, especially when I roll down my windows to hear the note better.

Trust me, I officially have no regrets on the loudness.

(Sorry to thread jack, OP )

Well, honestly i wanted to keep my options open. These are the four that after lots of research ended up on my exhaust list, i look into everything i purchase for my car which takes along time so mods are far and few between, i just wanted to hear what the forum had to say.

To be honest, the akra is so different that it sparked some real interest and i have heard great things so i thought it would be best not to overlook it

You did good with the list. You picked quality systems and of course you know the choice depends on your taste in sound.

If it was my choice, i would go with the Akrapovič or Eisenmann Race. Although im a huge fan of the Eisenmann Sport with fabspeed Xpipe. Just throwing that out there.

Oh me too, the Eis sport + fabspeed x is so sweet. Have you ever heard the Akro front section mated to the Eis sport? I'm wondering how that would compare to the fabspeed combo, haven't found that combo yet.
