e92 m3 chirping/cricket noise after installing pipes

i have a 2012 E92 m3. I had test pipes and cat less x-pipe installed. after the installation, the car developed this quick (1-2 second) bird chirping/cricket-like noise when coming to stop. it sounds like rubbery squeak. Its driving me insane!!!!!

sometimes it sounds like its coming from outside, and sometimes it sounds like its coming from inside the cabin (near the OBDII port)

ps: When i listen to music now, it seems like something inside the left fender is vibrating as well, but its plastic vibrating, not rubbery squeaking as described above.

Checked underneath and everything seems fine. Please let me know if anyone has this issue.

Go back to the exhaust shop. It'll just be a hanger or something they havevn't mounted properly

It sounds like it's coming from the front on the left side

99% that something wasn't tightened properly. Same thing happened to me after rear diff install. Exhaust cross member was loose.
