I had a quote for these flow formed wheels from import monster:

WedsSport - the RN-05M 8.5/9.5 set in stock, $2200 from import monster

18x8.5" 36
18x9" +50
18x9.5" +36

We stock the 8.5/9.5 combo here in Australia, the others are ordered ex Japan
