Good/honest BMW service in Newport beach area

I'm about to take my car for 1200 service in a couple of weeks. Does anybody know good/honest BMW dealer/service in Newport beach area?

I've read some service reviews but people tend to post negative reviews more than good ones....

Thanks.

Your only choices are Sterling and Crevier. Both seem to be pretty good for service.

The letter was so insulting because they wrote it as if we had tried to hide the fact that my car was modified, and were trying to defraud them into performing the work. The letter was deceitful because an individual dealership doesn't even have the authority to void my warranty -- only BMWNA has that authority.

The dirty deed was done on October 29th, 2009, when my car was taken to them for normal warranty repair.
what a bunch of dicks. Remind me NOT to buy my M3 from them

Another +1 for Sterling. Ask for Chris Zappia who's a relatively young guy but super attentive and seems to know his stuff.

I've been OK with the service at Long Beach. Sometime you need to bring the SIB in to show them, but they're very receptive to them.

Roller, I had my Mini and my 330ci serviced by him and they were modded and I had no problems. My M3 has an AA exhaust and there was no problem when I had the last service

Chris Zappia @ Sterling BMW

He has always taken care of me. When I had my 335, whenever a problem happened, he would let me take it in 15minutes later and get it all fixed by later on in the afternoon.

The guys/gals at Long Beach have no probles with wheel and exhaust and actually compliment me on the mods.

HAHAHA Chris Zappia is a Liar he makes you believe he is your friend and he is not!!!!!! and Sterling is Horrible at service I lost thousands of Dollars going there with my M5.... You can search other forums for Horror stories.....

BTW I spent about $10,000 Dollars there om Maintenance and the only real fix was my Radiator that Blew so $1000 was well spent and 9 thousand thrown out the window into sterling pocket... the worst part is that nothing was fixed and I had to bring the car elsewhere to have it properly diagnose and fix ....

The funny part is we had a big dispute over a $2000 dollar repair which ended up costing me $600 to fix elsewhere but sterling would not reimburse me for the difference as well as telling me I was no Longer welcome there after spending $10,000 Dollars in repairs....

So I went to Crevier BMW and purchased A brand new 135 loaded $50,100 as a daily driver great service and sales!!!

I only go to True speed for service on My M car come to the meet on Saturday to see the facility ....
