Installation costs for mods

I just wanted to get some feed back from you all regarding the costs for installing mods. I was looking around and I was quoted around $550 just for the labor of installing a set of springs. (or $95/hour)
Does that sound right? Honestly I was thinking the labor would be around $150 to $200 at most.
I would appreciate your feed back.

Why don’t you try to do it yourself? It is not difficult. It took me about two hours to do my car. That way you only have to pay for the alignment.

Road race technologies will charge >$800 for the spring installation. Then they'll do an alignment for $100. They will need your car for 2 days. I have dinan springs that I will need to get installed so I called these guys up. I guess I'll have to do them myself or try other shops.

After doing some searching, I got a quote for $500 at a shop in Springfield if you're interested? I don't know if they're as good as RRT but if you want to give it try let me know.
