The car and angel eyes looks fantastic

I like how these don't have the individual LED look up close. I'm still too lazy to do a AE upgrade like this though, I just don't want to take the bumper off and crack open the lights... LUX work just fine for me

This is where I'm at right now as well. If he had more options like OSS does with the additional customizing, I might be swayed more in that direction.

It's hard to capture these rings on camera, but it does look like individual led's when you're close enough. THE TECH, BavX has a 1 year warranty.

I believe our lights are not sealed so that air can get in and out. I would think that this would preclude condensation. However, BavX could have sealed up the lights, IDK, but I doubt it. Anybody know for sure?

Cheers.

He's already assured me of no issues in this regard. I am waiting to hear back from him about possible custom work so I can decide whether I want to go with him or not.

i believe if you're local it can be done in a matter of hours. if you're sending them in, i don't see why turn around time would be more than 6-days total? (2-days shipping, 1-day work done, 2-days back)

Turn around is the same but you just have to include whatever shipping you want.

The lights are vented, likely on the bottom, to allow for equilization of pressure and relative humidity. However, if you remove the lens and the original integrity of the seal is not restored, liquid water can enter the light during rain or car washes. This can produce visible condensation inside of the light.

looks great, have you ever seen the OSS in person? how does it compare in light output? Being that the LS3 v3's have "thinner" rings, i would imagine the glow wouldnt be as big as the V2 counterpart, but i could be wrong.

i also noticed in some photo's that bavx put up there are some yellowish diffusion, on certain leds, do you see that as well? picture to show what i was referring too:

Appreciate the info

I have seen the OSS in person, and the lights look pretty similar, although OSS is much more blue whereas the BavX one is much more white. I haven't seen them side to side so I don't know if one is "bigger" or not, but my rings are clearly visible even in the brightest of days.

Not sure what you mean by yellowish diffusion, sorry. Might just be the camera exposure settings, your picture is a bit more representative of the actual rings at extremely close range, whereas the photos BavX gave me of my car are what it looks like more at range. It's actually very similar to OSS other than color, I think....haven't seen OSS in 6 months though. I went with BavX over OSS mainly since they're so local and offer great support: if I have an issue, I can just drive 15 minutes and I'm there.
