H&R springs or B&G springs

Hi everyone i just got a 2008 e90 M3 and im looking to drop the car on spring and i am debating on which ones to get.

just installed the b&gs thursday, so far theyre great, they ride slightly more firm and provide a good amount of drop for springs.

How are they in handling and how low did the car drop from stock height ?
