E92 M3 alloys issue!!!!!
Iv had my wheels balanced and checked for leaks, double spoke polished alloys, when hitting a pot hole it sends a funny shiver through the steering wheel, has anyone else experienced any kind of issues with the Oem wheels..any guidance will be much appreciated, thanks :thre adjacked:

does it happen every time you hit a bump?

Worn steering coupler? Do these have the same style steering coupler as the E46 M3 did? I know those wore and could cause a funny shake sometimes.
You'll have to define "funny shiver" since hitting potholes will typically make your steering wheel shake |

That looks more like something is broken or worn on your suspension. Almost like a tram lining effect.
Have you looked underneath, removed your wheels and check for broken tie rods or end links? I think one of those are common, I just can't remember which. You can search. |

Iv checked all suspension at front and everything seems in order, I did however put some 19" aftermarket alloys and take a drive, seemed to drive a lot better..

if the wheels balanced fine, and the tires are in good condition (not previously ran with bad alignment and uneven wear), then its a worn suspension component.

You said you swapped with aftermarket wheels and it drove a lot better. Assuming it was a staggered setup, sounds like your wheels/tire combo is at question.
Are you running a staggered setup? Maybe you have a slight bend in the wheel and aren't seeing it |

suspension bushings? How old is your car. Beat up bushings will vibrate a lot on hard braking and it'll cause crappy tire wear. Check the whole thing inside and out. Typically hitting potholes shakes the whole car, not just the steering wheel...

2008 59k miles, manual.. I hate the cowboy mechanics that chat a load but don't know what's going on.. N the dealers just like to rob you blind.. I'm from West Yorkshire and wouldn't mind travelling to see a good solid mechanic..
