Road force balancing

Quick question for the experts; are the tires on the M3 road force balanced from the factory? Thanks.

So I had a chance to get the tires road force balanced today and it made a HUGE difference. Not sure why BMW would opt not to get this done in the first place.

So after the job was done I did a quick test drive to make sure all was well, went home and glanced at the service invoice.

That's when I saw this...........

Not sure if I should call BMWNA to get my warrantee reinstated.

In all fairness the SA I spoke to was new to me, and I was a bit of an ass@!#^!

You didn't lose your warranty... Just looks to me that they weren't able to do he balancing under warranty. Did you have to pay for the balance?

It was a joke, but ok. They charged $99 for the RFB and I'm really not concerned with a warrantee for the work they did.....

I think the SA is trying not to guarantee the work since they were unable to do the test drive. The tires are either properly balanced or not.

Just thought the entire experience was odd.
