e90 owners w/performance spoiler...

For those who have an e90 w/the performance spoiler, i have a question as to the position your performance spoiler was installed.

does the indentation on the spoiler sit flush on the top seam on the bootlid so you can NOT put your fingers in the indetnation. Or does it sit so you can put your fingers in the indentation on the bootlid?? i've used a red oval to show area i'm talking about.
