why dont do it ?

I have them, I am on my 2nd set of rears and they are AWESOME tires for their price.
Theyre good in the rain, theyre sticky on dry summer days. They have nice tread pattern, what else do you want from a tire? Did I mention they are well priced?

For the price? Well I paid around 1150 for them for all four 255/285.

RE-11's run about that price and same do AD08s which are much better tires. The INVOs aren't terrible but for the price they aren't great. The PS2's are noticeably better in EVERY way.

Just read up on the C&D article about the tires. Even the tires on my Lexus IS250 (Bridgestone RE-760 Sport) are better than the INVOs and personally I feel they are better as well.

C&D review. Star Spec doesn't make anything near E9X M3 size but Hankook Evo has amazing size choices.

I have Pirellis on mine..they stick like glue on dry days and had really heavy rain yesterday and they held up well when I was doing 120mph.

If you are basing your decision on price and for a street application, INVOs are a good choice. I would go with something higher end if you want to maximize grip for track situations for a daily street sport tire- they do a great job. I have them on my 135 and I am happy with the level of performance. I prefer PS2s but I wasn't willing to spend $3XX per tire for a street tire. I simply could never reach the limits of the PS2s outside of the track so I saw no reason to pay for that extra performance.

I have them now and I think they are a great street tire. As for the track, they are not worth it at all.

INVO'S

Going from Stock 19" PS2 to 19" INOVO's I was extreamly disappointed. IMO, INVOS do not inspire any confidence at higher speeds, do not track as well (HOLD A STRAIGHT LINE) nor do they have immieadiate grip in the corners. they seem to give somewhat before holding.

yah, the best advice is to base your decision on a car magazine's article. they're definitely credible and know what they're talking about...
