And yes, 7 business day turn around is impressive.

Yeah anybody can sell a set of wheels, but few care about the customer after the transaction and Lon/HRE just proved this. Not a good way to treat ANYONE, especially an active forum member!

I'm not sure what you are referring to. I just received your last email at 7:32PM.

Please feel free to call me directly at 760-598-1960 during office hours.

I don't think I received an email.

Also, Ben at Wheels Boutique can also help you if you can not reach me.

I can say that my experience with HRE and Lon has been exemplary. They even exceeded my expectations on their wheel refinishing service. If you are upset about them offering an express service with an extra fee... I don't see much reason for frustration but maybe there is more to the story for you.

I spoke with xfirer1guy on the phone just now. It seems some emails to me did not come through. I'm taking care of him. He can of course respond with his experience

FYI, if you ever feel that HRE is not responsive enough please call us directly at 760-598-1960.

U got that right brutha. I've been known to be short tempered, have little patience, and sometimes I fly off a little to quickly. The Marine Corps didnt help me in that department!
