M3 Lease Payment & Terms?

Some of you guys in the USA that ordered your M3s are going to be taking delivery soon and I was wondering if there is any concrete info out there regarding lease payments. Please include what your monthly payment is, the terms of the lease, and how much you expect to pay out of pocket initially (incl 1st mo payment, etc etc). I wanted to get an idea of what I'd be paying once I eventually order an M3 later on. Thanks!

I don't think BMW NA has disclosed any least terms for the M3 yet.

So do you have any idea at all at what your payment is going to be? (assuming you are leasing the car)

I'm buying the car @ MSRP, so I don't know. The lease question has been asked by others here. I haven't seen it answered.

We have no clue what it's going to be. We don't know gas guzzler, lease rates, or residuals, so without those no one knows.
