I'm pretty familiar with BMWFS leases but I don't know the specifics on leasing a used or CPO model. From what I've read from people I consider reliable the money factors and residuals are so poor for those cars it doesn't make financial sense to consider it even if the option is available.
Even though M cars don't typically have heavily subvented leases my guess is the same is still true. |

leasing a used one would be a killer, too expensive... it is known, when comes to leasing, it would always make financial sense to lease a new car. If you compare used car monthly payments, it would be almost the same amount for lease and for finance/loan...but you'd own the car with some equity at end of financing.
