There's a doctor in town that has 4 garages full of exotics - I'm sure they're all super low miles as well. Extremely low miles means it feels like a first drive each time you break them out.

A nice "problem" to have!

I know of a Lime Rock squirreled away among a collection with 870 something miles on it.

1308 miles is literally 108 miles past the break-in service. Have you even redlined it?

Im kinda shopping for M right now even tho i know im going to be pulling a trigger in 6 months and yesterday i decided to check out US autotrader. Saw some cars with low miles I can believe it how some cars have such low number. Good luck finding one in Canada like that, not even close! Yes, i do know its possible to have such low mileage but the thought that some of these dealers lower the mileage goes through my head every time.
OP you def in top 5 =)

If you're concerned about mileage manipulation you can use a run time to KMs calculation.
Run time cannot be reset.
The Carly app will do this for you.

Low KMs cars are out there in Canada, I just bought one.
With the $ difference now I didn't see any advantage importing from the US now.
(I have imported 2 other cars previously)

Interesting, never heard about it but then again ive been away from bmw world for 3 years. Ill look into it, i may also pm you next year once im ready to pull a trigger. I have autotrader booked marked. Checking that site daily so far. Im seeing only two cars, with 11k and 20k km, the rest are high.
US sites i started looking for fun to drool over the inventory. Agree very expensive. Any other site in canada to check for sales? besides kijiji =)

Planning to most likely keep the car for life so im guessing i may have to pay to play.

E92’s are common and there are a few low mileage ones out there.
The E90’s are few and far between , it seems.

I don’t think it makes much financial sense to buy a car and drive infrequently, it still depreciates, just not as fast. As a hobbyist, it’s nice to have “your” car that puts that smile on your face when you do go for that weekend drive.

Check Bring a Trailer; a few nice cars come through...

Have a 2011.75 E90 M3 with ZCP and manual transmission. We are blessed and fortunate to have a smattering of cars in our household, and as such, the M3 only has 1676KM or about 1000 miles on it. Ordered exactly how we wanted it, our car is one of the last sedans produced with the ZCP and the 6 speed. She's a keeper despite the repeat encouragements to "drive more" or to let someone else use it!

Yowza. Having a 2011.75 E90 myself, I don't know how that has sat! Mine gets the weekend duty for specific trips, but I'll still average ~7k miles a year. With the way the market seems to be swinging, you should have yourself a cash-flush gem in the upcoming years!

Meh, I have no delusions of the car being an investment, but i'm sure that it would hold it's value if the right buyer was looking for such a specimen. I've toyed with the notion of selling it over the years, but know that I'd regret it if I ever did.

Hey, if that's your thing, cool. I like the driving feel of this car more than I like the way it looks nice and clean sitting in the driveway.
