Eh, the c63 is a pig, the motor has torque but the transmission is lazy. I have driven a 2012 C63 on multiple occasions, and every time all I could think was how much better the e90m3 is to drive...

I'm guessing the c63 driver doesn't know how to simply floor it or he has a poorly running example. a c63 is faster than an m3 without a question. also, I think the c63 is just as distinctive looking as the m3 compared to the lower priced models. OP, check out the c63 they are a blast to drive on the street. The torque is intoxicating. Not as sharp handling, but lots of fun nonetheless. |

I'm fully catless with gintani tune and I've ran a couple Stock c63's, usually win by about a car. I ran a tuned, pulleys, and secondary cat delete c63 Sedan a month ago (60-140) and he pulled about a car at 120-130, closer than I expected forsure. He wasn't running a very aggressive tune though he said it was an off the shelf one

I have a buddy with an '09 C63 AMG sedan. It's a beast. He did some kind of tune that unleashes the full power (like E63 or S63 models) of the 6.2L V8 - something just over 500 hp. He wins every race, every time. The only possibility I have is if he SPINS the tires and I get the jump. The M-B C63 should definitely be considered, they're bad ass with the absolute nastiest snarly exhaust note I've ever heard!

The C63 interior does feel more modern however and it's easier to daily drive. |

The C63 s a great car, and AMG has really sorted out the handling on that one. The AMG V8s are superb engines, and should be as bulletproof as all Mercedes Benz V8s. The understated looks are an advantage, particularly sinct the C63 coupe is a very handsome car to begin with. The big downside? MB doesn't see fit to offer manual transmissions.
