I placed my order on February 19th and was told it would be an April production. According to my SA, the cutoff is the 15th of each month, however, sometimes they are able to squeeze in a couple more orders right after the 15th.

I've been given a tentative delivery of the end of May/early June, keeping in mind that I'm in Western Canada.

That's accurate. I received an email directly from Euro Delivery about deliveries at capacity. April is closed already and May is not far behind at this point. Get your pre-reservation in asap.

You can and should call your dealer - timidness will be rewarded with frustration.

If they are telling you they will get a car to the west coast in six weeks with a car not yet produced, you are cutting it close. Call your dealer get a production week and then ask him when to expect the car in your hands.

Yeah, this wait kills me each time.

On the other hand, I think we're pretty lucky to have the opportunity to be irritated by waiting for our M3!

Week 10 in production?

Just called the 800# for laughs and it now says my car is in production and scheduled to be completed March 7. I am a week 10, so I assume it means it is now in 150 status, as this is end of week 8 now. Web site still shows on order.

I just called and was told exact same date. Sounds like we might be next to each other on the line!

Are you out west? We're in Idaho, so you can imagine how often I see other drivers (never).

Luckily (in this case) east coast. Now that the date is real, it is kind of shocking - the anticipation stages sure crash though each other. When the 800# lady said "in production" i almost missed it, as I was used to the same "on order with no.....".

haha same here, almost missed it when I heard it, thought it would the "on order with no confirmed production date". We both ordered around the same time, so we have been waiting for a long time.

We're EDing an E92 M3 on March 17th, so I'm guessing we're Week 10. Still no confirmed production date through the 800 number, and still says On Order in the Owner's Circle. :/
