My '07 335 was Sparkling Graphite/FR and looked fantastic. Only reason I'm not going with SG/FR is because it's too similar to my 3 and needed a change. Think I'm going with AW/FR or SSII/FR.

Agree with some others; JB looks great but too damn hard to maintain, and I'd rather be driving then washing!

I had a Jet Black e46M3 and it was challenging. If you have a garage on both ends then maybe. I would go with AW, in fact I did. You will not regret extended fox red.

Jet Black! looks amazing with fox red! also you could do a black and red exterior like Darth Maul or Turner Motorsports E92 M3

I have to say the interior will look much better on the JB. I just think the JB will show more flaws as far as rock chips, scratches, and dents. I would choose AW out of the two choices.

AW will definitely never be "played out". Here in Orange County, nearly every M3 you will see is AW or JzB/JB and I have never said, "Wow, not another AW". I don't know if this color is still available because I believe BMW cut it since it kept clogging their paint guns supposedly, but IMHO it is the best looking color for the M3.

Either way, you can't go wrong with any color with a car like the M3. Just remember its you that will be driving the car so choose what you think is your favorite color.

I think AW is great and I've had mine from the beginning, over 20,000 on it. As far as played out it's not like there's an M on every corner, I'm the only one around my area. I wish I had gotten the red interior though to jazz it up a little.

Yup, I checked before I bought mine. No Individual options for us going through Militarly/Diplomatic Sales. I didn't know it was an option to you guy's in Hawaii - You deploying soon?

I traded in my black 335 for an AW M3. Too much maintence with black. I've had the AW for 5 weeks & only had to wash it twice. I do the California duster, Poor Boy's quick detailer & microfiber treatment daily/as needed as outlined here http://www.m3post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=315349

Highly recommended to keep your ride looking it's best without spending hours detailing -

If with FR, JB or JzB looks best. Space grey is such a beautiful color, and probably won't attract as much attention as white.
