2009 M3 E93 Get Facelift

So when I ordered my 2009 M3 E93 I asked the CA to include option 326 (rear spoiler delete), but he said it wasn't listed on the configurator for the 2009 MY, like with the 2008 MY. Does that mean the '09 M3 E93 will get the new rear deck lid (like the E90) and possibly the front facelift
Anyone have a link to some official photos of the 2009 M3 E93 front and rear?

M3 Cabrio e93 doesn't come with a spoiler therefore No Spoiler Delete Option (326).

Check the German 2009 Configurator and compare a M3 Sedan to a Cabrio. If you can't read German then you will see that the option code 326 is available for the Sedan and not for the Cabrio. In the rear photo for a Cabrio e93 there is no spoiler.

I bet it is because on a Cabrio the center brake light is on the trunklid where a spoiler would go. On a M3 Sedan or Coupe the center brake light is at the top of the rear window, so a rear spoiler can be added to the trunklid.

That was easy...

Had to change my shorts a AW with Black Leather M3 Cabrio looked so sweet.

How about the satellite radio shark fin on the trunk lid? CA also told me there is no option ZPD (satellite radio antenna delete); like on the 335i E93. If I didn't order satellite radio, do I still get the goofy shark fin? [I don't read German, so the BMWAG website is not much help to me]

the 2009 e93 is not going to follow the e90's facelift footsteps though.
