How to remove crazy glue on bumper?

hey guys, I used crazy glue to reattach the M-emblem on my chrome plate. Inadvertently, a small drop of glue got on the bumper and I immediately used a wet cloth to mop it up. But it smudged a little. I tried everything, including nail polish, to remove the "clear" smear, but nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions here? Would buffing works? It's not a big spot, but I am sure here everyone wants to have a spotless car.

Use 100% acetone nail polish remover and it should come off. With that in mind, make sure you dab it on and wipe off quickly. Don't let it sit for too long.

sorry to say.. its not removable..

you can try wet 3000 grit sandpaper on the area and buffer, but you gotta be real carfull not to cause damage and wear the paint around the glue spot..

my sister had gotten superglue on the door of her G35 coupe (RED).. it was a large drop..

it mends itself with the clear coat and needed to be sanded (as it stands above the paint) and then painted..

My apologies for the bad news.. superglue is a dangerous item..

you should have used emblem tape for the emblem..

3m double sided (grey w/ red peel)..

If the nail polish doesn't work, I'd spit out the money to hire a pro detailer to do some wet sanding. These kind of situation always seems to get works as you try more and more methods of trying to get rid of it. Hope it works out for ya.

3M Adhesive Remover

the only thing that has not taken off is betalink, however i have never tried crazy glue either...

damn, that is going to be very hard to get off. if you use the acetone, dilute it with water for the first run. the idea is to use the least abrasive/destruction solution as possible. it would be a shame to leave another bigger mark while trying to fix a small drop of glue.
