Engine Malfunction Dsc Failure

Hi I have 2013 m3 with 10k miles on it and when I start it up today, the engine could not start up all the way. It sounds like it fires up halfway and then a low rumble till it shuts down completely with the DSC failure in 1minute. Is this the throttle actuator problem I keep reading about or something else?

Probably not, sounds more like an idle control valve or fueling issue (sensor/pump/etc..)

It actually was not DSC failure, but DBC failure if that matters

Car is going into the dealership today. I am having a flatbed come pick it up. Will the flatbed be able to pull the car out of my garage when I can't shift into neutral at all?

BMW roadside assistance said they picked up the car yesterday only that I was waiting at the house for them. Is roadside assistance this shady?
