Went with my friend to pick up his IS-F Today
Drove my friend to South Bay Lexus today to pick up his NEW IS-F. He never placed his name on a wait list or ordered the car at any dealer and was able to get the car from just a phone call. Lucky guy
 When we got to the dealer, the car was still being programmed by the technician and still taped and wrapped up. The SA let us in the HUGE servicing area to take pics. I wasn't a big fan of the IS-F to begin with but after seeing it in person for the first time today, I REALLY felt jealous hehe. The car is just so aggressive (even more than the e92 M3 which I have seen in person) The sound of the V8 starting up is also pretty intimidating compared to my 335. Videos of us two going at it will come once he hits a thousand miles.            Here's a video of us driving back from the dealership

The IS-F looks wide, very cool.
 Too bad they don't offer it in a regular manual though.

Sorry, but this is one ugly car
 I never liked it, and never will...even if they put a 10cyl engine it will still be ugly...sorry

very nice..not a fan of the fog lights though, well the black part holding it in..looks so big and noticeable...would look bad ass with out it..o and how much?

Not really feeling it. I'd stick with the '09 facelifted E90 or an E90 M3. It looks like a kid on 'roids......

imo not a bad looking car... except for those weird quads... if he puts in aftermarket exhaust im sure it'll be baaalin.

Yea I cant wait till the M3s come out either. The IS-F has the fastest shifting transmission next to an F1, but Im sure the M3 handles much better.

^ I think its also just shy of 3800lbs if I remember correctly. I'll put my money on the new M3 in the turns as well as in a straight line.

the exhaust is real guys. The non-functional exhaust was on pre-production models.
