Brand New - Never been mounted or installed yet...
We are in Winter now in Toronto, so I have put this aside for next spring. However, testing waters if anyone is interested in purchasing this 1 of 1 CarboProject Plenum.

I was in Round 2 of the Group Buy just like Embolus*M3

It is 1 of 1, Grey Metallic CSL Labelling (Additional $200 When Ordering).
This particular version is Smooth Top with No Bolts.

Ceramic Coated 3 Coats for Protection.

The import version is quieter due to EU laws, the Export version has a thinner carbon layer in the center but still just as strong overall in terms of structural rigidity. The export version is louder.

This plenum costs €981 brand new + €39 shipping to USA, total cost delivered is approx $1,238 USD...

Why would someone pay more than that, especially for a used one... and then drive around with your username on top of their engine?

Apologies in advance if I'm missing something?

Well.."watermark" which the OP just photoshopped onto the photo as a copyright type purpose...it's not part of the plenum whatsoever. On top of the lengthy wait, logo shade upgrade and ceramic coat, i think the price reflects that.

It is not simply $1,238 USD, the package is coming from Germany fully declared, you will be charged an additional duty tax for importation via UPS. If you have been following the group buy thread, many Canadians and Americans were both hit with $100+ duty taxes.

First off the regular plenum comes with White Lettering. The Metallic CSL Grey lettering was an additional $200 to customize.

The Username is simply a watermark on top of the photo, so no one goes and decides to use my photo for another for sale ad.

Last but not least, it is Brand New. I have not installed it, simply added 3 coats of ceramic protection. I didn't get a chance to install it yet because winter has come around.

The price also includes shipping anywhere to the lower 48 states, in which from Canada is nearly another $150. Either way, you look at it, it is essentially the cost price of getting one with the customizations.
You skip the production wait and still retain the Group Buy pricing.

Just clarifying, for those interested in ordering directly from Carboproject Germany, they will only declare the full value for insurance of the product so you will get hit with taxes and duties in most cases. If you are extremely lucky it might slip pass customs but regardless UPS will hand it over to the customs agency for clearance since it is considered a "high ticket item".

So I will repeat, you are getting this plenum for cost price landed into Canada/North America.
You get the Group Buy pricing and skip the wait/lead time, and from what I understand the Group Buy pricing is already over.
Bonus Ceramic coating pre-applied on the plenum for added protection.
