I can't say for sure if it is Vorestiner. It can possible be. It looks as if they painted the center piece and along the sides.

Those are pictures of my car that Mantis took at Bimmerfest back in May. I wanted the VRS w/ a twist so I had it painted to tweak the appearance a bit. One correction to what some have stated above, the center portion is not actually painted.
