Innotech Exhaust
I met up with Mike from Rimier Motor Sport today at Santana Row Cars & Coffee. Definitely have to hear the exhaust in person to really appreciate it. The build quality from what I could see bending over and looking at it, was really good. Definitely on par with the Arqray that I saw recently.
Here's some video: |

When you drive with the valve closed, it's pretty much stock. Very quiet with a little more rasp... but barely any. With it open, it's freaken loud. It came close to the same volume as my 2006 Supercharged Viper with a 3" Corsa Race exhaust.

Yes...i have it on my car too! Infact, i have bypassed my primary cat. Loudness with valve closed is similar to stock with a little more rasp. The exhaust sound is much louder and deeper with the valve open. And yes they are based in taiwan and has oem for other popular exhaust manufacturers. You adjust the valve using a remote that comes with the exhaust.

db levels are definitely similar to stock with the valve closed. With it open, it's loud. Youtube doesn't do this exhaust justice.
There are 3 sections, front bypass pipes, X pipe, and catback. It is bolt on, stainless steel. Don't quote me on this, but the retail prices are like $1200 for the bypass pipes, $750 for the X pipe, and $3500 for the catback. I believe there is also a shipping fee. Definitely a awesome exhaust if you need the levels to be adjustable. |

I have the full system installed on my car.
The db level is not even measurable inside the cabin with the valve closed as the road noise, engine noise, etc are louder than the exhaust at full throttle. I tried it with a db meter. It's very comparable to stock from inside the car. Outside the car it has a little more grunt than stock, but not loud at all. With the valve open at a steady cruise it still has no real drone... or at least not anything that would annoy you. Most would say no drone at all. My old magnaflow setup was horrible at about 80mph. Beyond all that, with the valve open and foot on the throttle it sounds freaking amazing! Videos DO NOT do it justice. Also, Innotech has a special little way of preventing the cat inefficiency errors from occurring from within the bypass pipes themselves. After two and a half weeks of daily driving I still have no SES light. No tune and no delete-r required. |

Wow, those throttle blips sound great! Good echo off the building too.
The last one almost sounds like a dog trying to talk. Very cool! |

Very nice exhaust system. Would love to see more pics on how the unique design of the piping (that prevents SES light due to cat inefficiency) versus the optional standard straight piping design.
