Hi folks,

I am moving to Germany and found out that the set of Continental Extreme Contact DW that I bought from TireRack 2 weeks ago are not approved for Germany :-( So I need to sell those literally brand new tires with about 200 miles on them quickly.
The sizes are:
245/40/18
265/40/18

I am in the Bay Area and would prefer a local deal - I am asking $650 for all 4 of them - had them for a little over 2 weeks and have the tire rack receipt

Bump - they are still available - they come with tread wear warranty as well as Tire Hazard Protection - literally brand new - only were on my car for 2 weeks

well the problem is that they do not have the little "e" stamped on them - so no European approval - TÜV doesn't like that

it might be different if you are US Forces - are you?

No TÜV worries on this end, when you coming over? I'll take em if you can't get rid of them first there.

My household goods are being shipped the first week of August - that means they would probably be there end of September - I'd rather sell them here since they would take quite some space in my container...I have a lot of stuff

The other thing I have to consider is that German customs might charge me import duties and taxes on them...I have to check that
