WTF is up with lazy azz shoppers and shopping karts?
Why are people so lazy that they can't walk a few feet to return the shopping kart to its proper location?
I parked so far away from idiot shoppers on purpose only to find an abandoned kart sitting right in from of my car. I pull into the garage and noticed several scratches, smudges and a faint dent on the front portion of my bumper. People are so lazy and so careless. I barely drive my car. It's like an inside joke or something. |

I HATE it when people don't return their shopping carts. There is nothing worse than seeing one right up against your car. Hence the reason my Suburban goes to the grocery store, and not my M!

it's infuriating. I'm a big believer in the golden rule and no matter how old or beat up your car is, i'll treat it with care in the parking lot. which makes it x10000 more frustrating when people don't reciprocate

Laziness is an epidemic in this country. What people have soooo much to do they can't walk 50 feet to put a cart back.

The carts need to be redesigned to accommodate stupid people.

I know some groceries have karts that won't roll unless your hand is pressing some lever on the bars. Hmmm. |

Eliminate carts and make those lazy bastards carry their stuff. Or do what ALDI does and make people pay for a cart. They get the money back if they return the cart. Greed > laziness.

I'll admit it i left a cart once but circumstances were different lol. I park so far away that right before i got to the car the wheels locked up(stupid security lock) and i literally almost flipped over the cart. I couldn't even roll it so i left it there grabbed my shit and left.

Not only do you have to park far away but uphill as well. My kids always yell at me that I park too far away but I tell them it is good exercise.

I used to be a cart pusher at Wal-mart just prior to college. This was before they had those cart pushing machines. People would always leave stuff in their carts. Women would leave their purses often. They would also leave rental videos. We had one rule when it came to stuff being left. If the cart was in it's proper location at the cart return, we would take to the front counter unharmed. If it was left in a parking spot, that purse was promptly hurled into the bottomless pit that was behind the store less any cash in the wallet. I hated those fat pricks.
Also a little tip from a former cart pusher, never, ever park next to a cart bin. If someone parked crooked next to the bin, their front bumper was sure to get smacked by about 50 carts going by. |

To be honest, this bothers me quite a bit less than the people who open their door without even looking to see if your car is there simply because, "[they] don't care if someone were to do it to [them.] What's the big deal, it's just a car?"
I hate those people with such a passion it's hard to express in words. (yes, I've spent thousands of dollars fixing the damage they've done to my car. The SUV's are the worst b/c they hit above the bumper thingy) |
