Castles and Cars M3 Euro Delivery Pics - Big M3 Content!

Here are some more of the pics I took while in Germany on my Euro delivery trip. The castle pics are at Schloss Hohenverfen, which is the castle in the movie Where Eagles Dare. They do a daily falconry show, and the birds are amazing. My M3 in the wheat field is from Heidelberg on the way to the Ring...

More pics

And the pics from the ring are self explanatory... The Brabham M3 is completely sick in real life, as is almost every car on display within 10 kilometers of Nurburg Germany! The F1 pic is blurry. Sorry, the lighting conditions changed every 30 seconds it seems...Those things are F.A.S.T. fast!

And finally the Welt. Yes, I realize the Welt was first, but everybody does that first The sign in book at the Welt is made from an engine block.... In the one of me in the car, I am deep in thought while my delivery specialist Robert is describing the importance of the break in procedure. All I could think of is "I wonder how fast I can get it up to in the parking lot..."

Yes, its a MINT real CSL... and some other M3s from the museum....

I was there for three weeks, and I will say even if you are not going to ED a car, go there, rent an M3 (Yes you can) and go check out the ring and the various museums. The Porsche museum is simply amazing, as is BMW, and the Ring is a must for any car enthusiast, even if you can't drive it due to weather. If you have ever thought about it, I guarantee you will not regret the trip.

Shame they don't do ED from Australia... I would so have loved to have done ED... although the wait on the other side would really be difficult....

Thanks for all the comments guys! Too bad zender, the ED thing is a sweet benefit for sure. One of the best parts about the trip was meeting car guys from around the world. The Ring is like Mecca for gearheads, and it didn't matter what you were driving, if you were there, you were in the mix. Of course, the M3 turned a lot of heads despite the exotica being driven by many people there. Apparent the M has a reputation?

dude that is awesome man. The very first picture is really cool; the castle in the background, showing the tail of the M3.
Congrats.

+1.

That was also my impression on the 2 occasions I've been there. What date were you at the Ring? I guess when they had the F1 race on the GP circuit?

Did you get a chance to do some laps?
