✪ Alekshop | "Daily-Driver" You Can't Miss

The concept of a "daily driver" means different things to each of us.

One of our customers wanted to do some very minor modifications to his 2011 M3. His intention was to keep the car stock as it was being used as his "daily driver" and he was happy with the way it looked.

We started the minor modifications with carbon fiber bits, but right away we felt like something was missing and after a few discussions we decided to add a bit more power to the car, so it matched it's new appearance. The ESS Supercharger kit and Akrapovic Evolution exhaust system turned out to be the perfect fit.

Having it professionally detailed by our neighbor Robert@AutoConcierge was just the icing on the cake.

A week later, the "daily driver" was completed and ready to hit the streets of Cali!

A small list of modifications:
  • ESS VT1 Supercharger
  • Akrapovic Evolution
  • Eibach Springs
  • Arkym Front Lip
  • BMW Performance Spoiler
  • BBS CH-R Wheels
  • Black Kidney and Side Grilles
  • and some other parts

Aleks.

I love how an ESS VT1 is considered a daily drive modification

How do you convince a man that comes in for minor cosmetic mods, to drop $15k in mods??

lol true, that'd probably work.

Roman, I'll probably be ordering a VT-1 kit in the next year or so. I just got my M3 this past weekend and I want to enjoy the N/A engine for a while and then I'll move up to your kit.

Speaking of daily driven and superchargers, how does that ESS kit hold up long term?

I know this has been covered many times and likely no E9X with FI has hit 100,000 miles - but what are the expectations?

Beautiful car btw, I love the subtleness

Our customer has 7.51 Drag car and 1500whp UGR Lamborghini SL . The increase in power that VT1 gives to M3 is pretty nice for a daily driver. I guess 1500whp is too much to handle on the street

Sounds like he has quite the taste in vehicles. I can't imagine driving anything but a UGR lambo. Like what really compares to 1500whp?
