Euro 4 with a supercharger

Has anyone past a euro 4 test with an ess supercharger kit?

i pass all tests here in the UK with my s/c kit on my z4m..... one comes close however..... different platform but the UK are mad strict on this stuff!!

Do you know anyone with a m3 that's done this it will save me a lot of money
