TPMS changeover DIY???

Anyone have a DIY to switch '11 TPMS from OEM 18's to aftermarket 19's?

Yes, I searched, none came up.

I believe the sensor itself needs to be changed because, although they both transmit at the same frequency (433 MHz), the signal that's transmitted is different. The tire has to be partially dismounted from the wheel to be able to remove the sensor.

dbarnes is right, it is only a DIY operation if you are able to unseat and re-seat the tire bead. The sensor is mounted underneath the tire.

When taking a sensor out and re-installing it, you should get a rebuild kit for the valve stem to ensure an air-tight seal. Rebuild kits are not expensive, generally about $5 each. We have them available for $4.50 each.
