Will post up some pics once the car is complete.

Thx!

it would be so sick to see both your own project cars together on the track...actually it would be EPIC!

Well the car is almost done! I know I know it's taken forever! Here's some pics:

Ignore the cross weights as this was before the setup started. I like the total!

Obligatory engine pic! Still trying to decide what to do with the airbox inlet. Will run it as is for now as I'm just doing DE's and we think we'll still get decent fresh air to the inlet from the OEM opening from the bumper to the engine compartment.

Car looks great!! I can't believe your weight, so jealous. When I was last corner balanced on my E46 M3, I was around 3400lbs haha.

Is the Bimmerworld Airbox or did you source it from somewhere else? There a couple solutions out there and I'll try to dig up some photos for you.

Thanks man! Airbox is from Chad Nelson. I think it's ok but I know he uses the trumpets from the US airbox and as I understand it does not result in as much power as a motorsport/csl airbox. It'll be good enough for now. The motor is stock except for bolt-ons and epic software and if I do some work on the internals I might look for a true csl box.

I think it'll still be in the 330-340rwhp range as it stands now.

Thx!

Hey barry good to see this project. Just blown away looks so good. I'm thinking of doing something similar but am 1-2 years off depending how other things pan out. Very cool.

Barry bring it to VIR for the Trackdaze event in November. The 14th I think. I will be up there and I would like to see the car and meet you.
