OP, I have to say I understand your feeling of restlessness and perhaps looking for a new conquest. The new M4 might be the right prescription but you may not be able to wait that long.

I do agree with all of the others - "take her to the track". It's a romance that is quite exciting. Promise you will at least try it once. You'll know immediately if the spark has been lit or not.

If not then Corvette or GTR may strike your fancy but something tells me you will be back to a M3/M4.

Good luck!

Chris

I don't really care. I found your comments ignorant and humorous, so I had to ask. Have fun with your E9X for the next 30 years.

Thanks Chris. I promise I'll hit the track before I move on! Time will tell on the next project.

OP im right there with you. I got my e90 m3 back in late 11'... just don't know what to do anymore... looking for something different with a little more excitement. I know, I know its a M3, 414hp, great engine, ++++ but idk its hard to explain. I've kept this car the longest since late 11' if that says anything about me lol

Isn't that one of the purposes of the next iteration of M3/M4?

I'm pretty sure most if not all F430 owners at one point all got "bored" with their cars, so the ones with financial means, eventually turn in their boring cars to the used market, and jump on a 458.

It won't help you.

Better to add lightness elsewhere.

Ahhhh, Miatas. Here's a video of a spec Miata at Laguna. Watch my e46 go by at the end. They all don't hound you.

I love the respect for the spec miatas in here. When I do get passed at the track it is most certainly by a spec miata.

OP, as others have said, track the car at least once. E9x shine beautifully on the track and you will finally be able to enjoy the s65 to the fullest. Then consider selling it or not.

Thread reminds me of what a buddy told me a long time ago: For every hot girl you see, there is some dude who's tired of screwin' her.

I like the idea of going to the track or supercharging the car. If those can't re-light the fire, probably nothing will.
